Map locations are often incorrect.

Each incident must be geolocated individually. We had been using google for this, but for reasons that we do not know they decided to increase the price for this service by about 1000% (raised it to 10 times what it had been). This made it completely unsustainable. We considered simply dropping the app but instead chose to find alternative ways of locating incidents. Our first choice obviously was less than effective.
