Wonderful Local Breeder Found!
I had great success finding a local home-based breeder with beautiful healthy puppies! Customer service was really helpful when I ran into a delay with my identity verification. Initially I balked at the extra step but then found I felt more secure going to meet the breeder. Now my family is welcoming the puppy of our dreams from a loving home and we are so pleased!

Could use an update
The app moves slow & doesn’t always update my saved puppies . MANY profiles not working to reserve a puppy once I find one I like . Minor issues make it frustrating to utilize the app
app not working at all!!
went into the app to look for a puppy, but first of all even if i put i’m searching for all breeds it says ZERO results. that’s so false! it WILL NOT let me login to my account nor create a new one. i was just about to recommend lancaster puppies to a friend but after fighting with the app for the last 10 minutes and not even being able to look at listings just as a guest i certainly will not be doing that. i’ve gotten a pup off of the lancaster puppies app before and im not sure whats happened to the app now but its unreal.

I bought my pup off this app and she’s living her best life now!! If you ever want a cavalier King Charles spaniel reach out to Roy miller in apple creek oh. He has beautiful puppies and his pen is very clean
Some people don’t need to be breeders
I got my first dog Dakota from Lancaster puppies at a good price but she had fleas so I didn’t realize because of how much fur she has so that cost me extra at the groomers but the main thing that shouldn’t be allowed is telling a person that’s interested that they can see the dog a certain day then when you call all day to see what time you can see the dog they tell you they sold it the day you talked to them I could’ve had a Cane Corso Siberian Husky Mix for $250 he was black and white with blue eyes and I was told I could see him Friday I had everything ready for him and it was all for nothing…. So my thing is if you say that I can come and see him and then sell him the same day i talked to you is really messed up

This is the worst app. NOT AT ALL USERFRIENDLYY
Glitch in the app
The app has a critical issue that needs immediate attention. The search functionality is not functioning correctly. After conducting a search and reviewing the results, clicking on an item prevents users from returning to the search menu. Instead, they have to retype their keyword and conduct a new search. This inconvenience is frustrating and needs to be addressed by the developers promptly.

I really like this app!!!
This app actually has the kind of breed I’m looking for other apps either don’t have the breed or don’t have the perfect age in this app I found so many dogs that are the breed that I want and the age that I want it to be so I really recommend this for anyone that’s having trouble finding a dog
The upgraded app is a downgrade
They had a good app before. However, after the upgrade their app is totally useless
Bring back old version
New version will just crash when I try to go on my account. Listing a puppy is more complicated.
The Old App user experience was better
The new update has very bad user experience , it makes using the app annoying … especially with navigation purposes… example : say I input a specific breed and scroll to find a puppy I’m interested in , I click the puppy profile to view more info , when I click back button I would like to go to back to the window(scroll) location I left from … but it doesn’t do that , it takes me back to the top of the screen and now I have to scroll back down to where I left … so I’m interested in multiple puppies then I have to constantly go back and scroll which gets annoying,

Not too fond of the new update
I’ve never had an issue searching for a puppy on lancaster, but after the app updated earlier today every single time i click to look at a puppy then click back to keep scrolling it completely resets my search. It’s definitely extremely frustrating to deal with but otherwise the app is a great way to find your forever dog.

OK so I love this app there’s just one problem Dar I don’t know how to get my location because I am nowhere near there states and I am looking. I even deleted the app and got it back but I just don’t know please help me.

The app keeps kicking me out as soon as I try to open it. Thought it was my phone but it’s a consistent thing. It’s quite annoying.
