Lance Connect is defective software
I installed the Lance Connect app on my iPhone 15 Pro. I created my Social Login using my Apple ID. That succeeded. Trouble is, I cannot authenticate using the Apple ID. There is no button to login using your Social Login; only three buttons for creating Social Logins. Okay, I select the Apple button again and it gives me a pop-up asking if I want to sign in using my Apple ID and displays my Apple ID. I respond "Continue". It responds with Face ID, Login, Done. But nothing happens after that. It remains at the login screen like I never authenticated.
I can "Skip Login" but then of course I cannot add my Lance trailer.
I tried to create a new account using the same email address as my Apple ID. The app gives a pop-up that says I am already registered. So now I can't access the app using my primary email account.
This app is 4 years old and hasn't been updated in 2 years. They are still on v1.0.2 so I suggests to me that this app is totally unsupported.
Lance, you should either fix the app and support it, or remove it from the App Store. Otherwise, it's just another example of your lack of customer support.

Owner Manuals for 2016 and older?
I downloaded this app so I can get access to the owner manuals for my 2012 855S which I bought used... because, big surprise, it didn’t come with the original manuals. This is a very common problem so what does Lance do? They only put 2017-2021 manuals on the app. Hence the one star review. Should be zero just like the number of owner manuals I have. App deleted. Hello? Customer Support? (ECHO ECho echo)

Can’t get past a server error alert. Come on Lance get it together!
Waste of development time.
Easier to keep a PDF of my owners manual on my phone and use the Apple Reminders app for checklists. Who thought we would need this?

cannot add camper. only allows 2017 or newer. even the local suggested locations are fake. they do not exist. address are fake or they just go to someones home. more crap from lance. i could have made this better
