Awful
The app obscures the 2 micro adjustment buttons at the bottom of the screen and makes them hard to operate. When it does operate, most of the time they don’t do anything.
Move the stupid buttons
Can’t close the app without causing the awning to roll up the wrong way. This is an easy fix - just make some of the buttons smaller and then move them up a little. iPhone 16 Pro Max.
It works!
Just tried the app on an iPhone 15pro and it works fine. It remembers the last setting when you extract. It also has micro adjustment buttons so I can get my side antiflap poles into the holes in the boom.

The over extend bug is back 23/22024
App hung after I went back into the app. It tried to extend my awning after it had already been extended.
Going downhill fast
The app used to support turning off/on the LED lights, and adjusting the intensity. This feature has been mysteriously removed. Called the support line, waited for a very very long time as usual, only to be told "we are working on it". No app updates in over 2 months. How hard can it be to put a feature back that you already had code and support for? Between this, and the endless recalls on Winnebago-installed Carefree awnings, I cannot recommend this company at all.
