Not being able to add your Booking makes the App pointless.

Erg buggy. Kan niet alles invullen voor mijn boeking omdat de formulieren niet goed werken. Dan maar via de website.

Doesn’t update current bookings and crashes all the time. Struggling to log in all the time.

Die App ist von der Qualität sehr gut und es funktioniert alles. Ich bin jetzt schon das 3. Mal hier und bisher klappte wirklich alles. Mit der App kannst du ja nicht nur euer Haus aufschließen sondern auch nach Aktivitäten schauen und buchen. Das Schwimmbad

Der Link zur Übertragung des digitalen Schlüssels für das Appartment/Haus funktioniert nicht, und zwar in mehreren Landal-Parks, und das ist unverändert seit über einem Jahr. Stattdessen erhält man die aufschlussreiche Nachricht: „Danke für die Benutzung der Beta!“ Die Kunden werden zum Ausprobieren einer nicht sauber programmierten Funktion genutzt, ohne dass das vorher kommuniziert wird. Das ist ein unfreundliches und ärgerliches Geschäftsgebahren.
Dass alle möglichen Daten einschließlich des Suchverlaufs gesammelt werden, hat sicher auch nichts mit Kundenorientierung zu tun. Pfui!

Can't use the apps for England site
It is ridiculous that the booking confirmation and email advised to download this app for manage the booking.
But when I entered the booking number, they said the app not ready for the England holiday park.

Is it just me or is it stupid that the U.K. website encourages you to download the app only for you to do so and find out that it doesn’t support U.K. bookings… really?… why does your U.K. website even mention the app then?…
Tolle Parks - grottenschlechte App
Wir buchen seit Jahren verschiedene Parks. Aber die App funktioniert seit einem Jahr nicht mehr. Aber nur schwarzer Bildschirm mit grünen Balken drüber. Updates alle gemacht, nichts hilft. Ist demnach unbrauchbar, wird gelöscht und bekommt 0 Sterne.

For some reason - despite being asked to download this app for our holiday it can’t be used in the UK. Not sure why I’ve gone through the effort to download / set up account etc and now it’s no use. No doubt I’ll be getting emails etc from this group as a subsequence of sharing more data.
