I wasn’t able to open the qrs code at the car park and the machine didn’t appear to be working so tried to pay on app. Would not accept my times so I have paid for 4h from leaving car park not the time I was in there. I have never been so worried about getting a fine in the current financial climate. The whole process was poor stressful and no number to contact is not helpful

Stressful Parking
Terrible concept. Online support just give generic straightforward answers, charge ridiculous amounts for parking and offer zero instant support. This is why a ticket system is the best. No fuss and no stress. Going backwards as a society.
Car Clamped! AVOID !!
After paying for parking my car was clamped, it was eventually removed at no cost but was hassle time wasted.
