Amazing customer service

The customer service is amazing. Everything is well explained they helped when needed. I’m really happy with the service. I was very impressed.

Car not charged

I reserved this car specifically for 150 km and 10 hours. I found the car with only 30% charge and it was not connected to a charging station, so I had to extend my reservation by 2 hours to charge half way through my trip. I brought this up to MyWheels and they will not compensate me for this. At the end of my trip I was required to leave the far plugged into a charging station, which took me more time as well.

Car dirty and a pain to close and end to rental

First of all the car was quite smelly and dusty. The return process was far from straight forward, especially for first time users.
