Amazing customer service
The customer service is amazing. Everything is well explained they helped when needed. I’m really happy with the service. I was very impressed.
Car not charged
I reserved this car specifically for 150 km and 10 hours. I found the car with only 30% charge and it was not connected to a charging station, so I had to extend my reservation by 2 hours to charge half way through my trip. I brought this up to MyWheels and they will not compensate me for this. At the end of my trip I was required to leave the far plugged into a charging station, which took me more time as well.

Car dirty and a pain to close and end to rental
First of all the car was quite smelly and dusty. The return process was far from straight forward, especially for first time users.

SMS confirmation not working
I have an international phone and I have testes that receiving SMS works yet i never receive the confirmation SMS for this app so I cannot use it. Also buggy removing phone wont respond then returns a generic error message
Worst App I’ve Ever Used
This application is unusable. My first experience was logging in via Google and I got “undefined is not a function”.. so I try again and then it lets me in. Then I select my country for my driving license and they don’t even have the correct flag assigned to the country. Then I go to link my iDeal and the name isn’t exactly the same (Will instead of William) because it’s pulled from Google. So I try to change my name in this trash application and it said “het veld firstName mag op dit moment niet worden aangepast”. Those are only a few of the errors I encountered during sign up process. So I can’t even add a payment method because you won’t let me change the name which YOU pulled via Google auth. One of the most fragile, frail, low quality apps I ever used in my life.

Poor customer service, charged for unusable vehicle
Absolutely terrible customer service and unreliability of vehicles. I made a reservation and the previous driver did not leave the charging card in the car. 10 minutes waiting for customer service to pickup the phone and never answer then be told it was my fault for the car not being usable that day. I ended my reservation immediately and then was still fully charged. Do not recommend.

Electric car process is a nightmare
Every time I rent an electric car I have to call and waist time and costs me money because it “demands” I park at a charging station and there is not one! I drove around for 10 mins and could not find one . By the time I call and get help, it takes another 20 mins. Such a waist of time and money. I only want the gas cars so this can be avoided!

this is the most awful service and car hiring company. they are just caring about the car. god forbid your car breaks. it literally ruined our christmas night. I strongly suggest to avoid it at all cost

Car was where it was shown to be. Worked well and the app was easy to use. Car was relatively clean. Would definitely use this again.

Can no longer see battery percentage
After the latest update, the percentage of the battery on the cars is no longer visible. Now we can only see the kilometers it has. The percentage alongside the kilometers is way more helpful.

Doesn’t send verification sms to US phone numbers.
App does not work at all
Despite the cars showing up as available on the map and on their schedules, I cannot book them. Instead, when trying to reserve the car, I get an error message saying that the car is not available.
I’ve tried all cars around my area and all possible dates, and I still can’t book any of the cars due to the same error message.

Useless service
I created a MyWheels account when I needed the service due to an emergency. I was asked for my personal data and documents. A while later I received an email saying that my account was permanently suspended. No reason other than generic possible reasons and no way to appeal or use the service. You should really be more clear about account suspensions, especially if the service was never used before and it's not a duplicate account or similar.
