Program no longer works properly
I have used this app for years as a realtor, and I sell a large number of condominiums that all share the same address, but are differentiated by their individual unit numbers. The complex is not a multi-story building but rather individual units. I used to be able to look up the individual units to prepare for listing appts etc, but the program no longer allows me to do that. The program sees the entire complex by the common address of 625 Aunt Lucy Lane. It no longer separated the various units so I am no longer able to gather the info that I need on the individual units. Please, please fix this problem quickly!!!! I rely on this app, and this recent change makes the app much less useful to me. Thank you.

Good and useful
Overall I find the app to be very useful for my needs determining approximate yard sizes for potential properties to buy. It is fast and can accurately locate just about any property I entered into it, the exceptions being newly constructed properties not updated on the map yet. There are a few other apps like it similarly priced but I liked the interface on Landglide better.
There are some issues though that considering the subscription cost do not warrant a higher rating. The first issue is the resolution of the map, if I did not have the higher resolution real estate app maps to cross reference the details Landglide on it’s own would be practically unusable. The other issue is that I sent them a question several weeks ago and never heard anything back, non-existent customer service is always a red flag especially for a subscription app.

Perfect.
AMAZING. Love the parcel split lines. Way to add the utilities. Wonderful that it links to the county site. Absolutely perfect. Wouldn’t change any features.

A great App for Builders & Land Investors
This App is great for Builders and Land Investors looking at properties for sale and trying to identify property lines and sales history etc.

Tried the trial version today and it wasn’t too bad but wasn’t real accurate. I know where the property pins are at my house, but the app was off by 2-3 ft. It also had some inaccurate information about my house, which I know hasn’t changed since I built it. If you just need to get fairly close the app was easy enough to use and does show a lot of information.

Map not updating
Love this app, however the map function isn’t feeding off of the deed transfer information upon sale’s timely. You have to click on the property to be able to see latest ownership

I use the the app every day. I use it for prospecting Properties to buy along with looking at boundary lines and corners. It’s great how you can save tabs on each property well worth the money if you deal Properties for a living. my seven-year-old son even uses it when I make him go look at Land with me.

This is the second time years apart that I have purchased the subscription for this app I have checked and updated updates still freezing giving error messages any free app works better then this app plus it’s more money then any app out here if they would refund me I’d gladly leave appp and not look back on x hung is 1,000% better app and 1/4 of the cost please do not give land glide ur money u will be disappointed

Black screen and then crashes
I used to use this app a lot. Now when I try to open it, it hangs on a black screen and then crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it keeps happening. Please fix!
Downloaded it used Apple to sign in, does not work
After putting in my passcode, it stays on the black screen on both of my devices like it’s crashed used to not do this
APP needs updating
I’ve been using this app for over a year now, up until last month I’d give it 5 stars but now for the past month it’s been struggling pulling up the GIS info in Rutherford County and Cleveland County NC And multiple other counties. This needs to be addressed or i will be cancelling my subscription.

Great information
When I see tall grass in front of a house or I'm looking for a large piece of land. This gives me that information quickly so I don't have to pull off to the side of the road for 15 minutes and find out who owns what.
