Very nice app!!! 10/10 Would recommend.

I have been able to manage all of my properties for the last year and a half! Super low subscription cost and ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! No stress at all anymore. I will recommend to all of my landlord friends.

Easy to use? Sorta..

If you allow one free property why doesnt it allow you to add multiple units for that one property??? Especially if you allow for “commercial, residential and apartment”

Wants you to subscribe to add another unit for the same property.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback! The app definitely allows multiple units for a single property if they're classified apartments or commercial units, but yes, multiple units are considered multiple properties. I allow full usage of the app for a single unit, for small landlords; but if one exceeds one unit and enjoys the app, I do ask for a subscription to fund continuous development and improvement of the application for all users, even those who do not subscribe. I did my best to keep the subscription cost very affordable for anyone who owns multiple units.

Easy to use

The app is very easy to use and I like the ability to test it out on one property. Features I would like are: The ability to keep tract of tenants over time and not just the current tenant, the ability to add Notes/To-Do, and the ability to add events (like upcoming maintenance). A budget or forecast ability would be great, too. Also, there is a report for rent arrears but I could not figure out how to add rent arrears for the property. I did not like the LPM branding on the report header. It detracts from being able to generate a professional report. That should be removed and just provide a simple header with Landlord’s name and Property Address instead of that logo.

Response from developer

Thank you very much for your excellent feedback! Our team did add notes/todos for properties, as well as upcoming events (inspections/renewals etc) are available from the Upcoming Events button on the main screen. Rent arrears are just rent that's unpaid - the report will show any units that have not paid their full rent during the reporting period. If you have any further suggestions, please feel free to suggest them in the app's help screen! Thank you for using Landlord's Property Manager.

So far so good

I think this will work well for me.I was able to get up and started right away and I can see that the developer is actively updating the app. I wish it had a line item for tracking mileage for travel.

Response from developer

Thank you for your suggestion! Tracking of mileage was added recently and hope you could give it a try and respond in a new feedback! - dev team

I love it - fun and easier to use than I thought

I have tried a few other rental property expense tracking apps, but one requires a desk top version first, and others are older fashioned and less user friendly. When I found this app, I feel at home right away. It’s easy to navigate, to enter information. I also like that it’s categories are aligned with categories on income taxes. The charts have good colors, I can see individual property cash flow and also the whole portfolio cash flow. I also like the features to text or call tenants, so I can communicate with them. I wish there can be a reminder feature that can reminds me to renew the lease or do inspections.
