未join夠一年就話啲points 31/3/2023到期一次清洗晒啲points，無彈通知又無提示，打去cs 淨係話24/3 個email有講，睇返個email個 subject 係”重要提示：BESPOKE雋環禮遇計劃應用程式全面維護及升級”, 你個app維護同升級關啲分咩事？邊個會知你入面最尾嗰句原來話啲分過幾日就到期？唔想人redeem就唔好出個app出嚟，大公司做得咁小家。
