Add back “Scan Receipts” function
Staff always forget to scan the code or are reluctant to scan it. Smart aleck adjustment!

Buggy useless app
The SHK shopping mall app is an absolute disaster. It’s painfully slow, crashing every few minutes, making navigation a nightmare. The interface is cluttered and unintuitive, with tiny fonts and confusing menus that frustrate users. Searching for stores or deals is pointless—results are inaccurate or outdated. Promotions are poorly displayed, often leading to expired offers. The map feature is useless, failing to load or showing incorrect directions. Customer support is nonexistent; queries go unanswered. The app drains battery and bombards you with irrelevant notifications. Honestly, it’s a shoddy, half-baked effort that makes shopping at SHK malls a miserable experience. Avoid it!

無限loading
This app is not performing well at all. It seems to only know how to show an infinite loading screen. I waited for 30 seconds before getting an API timeout message. It’s frustrating to have to wait endlessly with no progress. Please improve the loading times and overall functionality!
Squid game at the point
Going back against technology - the mall decided to take out the option is to scan receipts recently… and after going through the line to the customer torturing counter, they said they need me to get a separate credit card receipt which the restaurant does not provide. So now I have to run back to the restaurant only to be told this receipt is not available… the restaurant kindly helped call back the counter and eventually this get fixed after a good 30 mins and contributing another hour of parking $ to the mall
Understand times are hard - suggest to not offer something you are not prepared to offer and make the process more miserable than it needs to be. You have sophisticated clientele and let’s show some respect

App removed receipt upload for scoring points function
I was told by your participating merchant that I can still upload the receipts manually yesterday but then found out from your reply below that this function had been removed.
I’d have do that at the shop if I knew that. Seems your education for your participating merchants isn’t enough, which leads to loss to your customers…
