A great resource for net sheets, closing costs and so much more.
Program is for Texas Market
As this is geared to the Texas market, it is of limited use to anyone in the rest of the country. I wish they would have put that in the description, I would have saved myself the money. Extremely small fonts, no ability to customize closing costs.
