Not impressed
You can’t add the correct artist if you have it already released under two names without paying to upgrade. It’s just fee after fee. These distributors just find ways to charge you. I’m disabled and Ive been robbed by two different companies since I started this. No one is trying to help you grow. They are just charging you every step of the way. And the streaming services just like Spotify just steal from you. This is an industry is full of monsters and wolves.

Best distributor around by far
I’m using Landr now as my number one mastering lab and distributor. Very easy to navigate and, have never had a problem with any of my releases accessibility.

This company doesn't even respond to same-day payment refund inquiries.
Oh Wow, I got even angrier after seeing the comments, so I'm adding more to the conversation. That comment is really making things harder for me. I've already sent messages multiple times. It's been almost three weeks, and there's still no reply. You just don't have any intention of canceling. If you can't cancel on the same day of purchase, it's like a clearance sale... Whether it's a renewal or whatever, I'm saying same-day cancellation... Ugh... You're the best, truly the best.

Arnaque + Pas de service client
J’ai demandé la suppression de mon compte, mais l’application m’indiquait que je devais obligatoirement passer par le support. J’ai donc contacté le support à plusieurs reprises pendant trois mois, sans obtenir la moindre réponse. Pendant tout ce temps, mon compte n’a jamais été supprimé et j’ai continué à être prélevé de 20 € chaque mois.
Après plusieurs relances, ils ont finalement accepté de supprimer mon compte, mais ont refusé de me rembourser les sommes prélevées, en se cachant derrière leur “politique de remboursement”. Pourtant, si le support avait simplement traité ma demande dès le départ, ces prélèvements n’auraient jamais eu lieu.
Le plus frustrant, c’est que dès que j’évoque le remboursement, mes e-mails sont tout simplement ignorés.
Un service client inexistant, aucune prise de responsabilité et une expérience extrêmement décevante. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette application.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Not only did they release my song on the incorrect date, they also linked a DIFFERENT ARTISTS ALBUM to my songs pre-save link. Look on any Reddit forum and you’ll see this is a common issue. Contacted support about this and got no response for 2 weeks. Absolutely joke.
Confusing
I got Landr through their acquisition of Reason. I thought it would be to have both under one umbrella, and it was at the beginning. Then things began to unravel. I own a label where I manage several artists. Previous releases were handled through The Orchard, so I started using Landr for current releases. After a few artists had releases through Landr, I discovered the hard way, they are not setup to handle labels. The only artist’s page I have access to on Spotify is the first release. Every artist after that, I can’t access. When I login using this app, it says I don’t have ANY releases.
Landr is good for basic stuff for individuals. Anything beyond that you will need a better distributor. I asked several times for them to look into this so I could determine why I couldn’t access my other artists and all I got were crickets. They refuse to help or do anything about my issues, which led me to the conclusion, they are not equipped to handle labels. Therefore, I will now have to move everything to a different distributor with a more comprehensive platform. I feel two weeks is entirely too long to have a problem resolved. I have more important things to do to run my label than to fight my distributor over their weaknesses and ineptness.

Pay for their app but they won't help you and they charge you extra for different file types.
Tried to get help and they didn't reply to me to weeks at a time and then just told me to ask apple apps for help… and the app itself continues to charge you for every high-quality file you decide you wanna get so you pay for the whole year ANDDDDD you must pay still to use it. 😵💫😵💫👎

The tough choice of picking mastering and distribution
With so many choices, it’s a challenge to decide who to go with. For myself, I spent days studying the websites, their format, their feedback. Price just can’t be a deciding factor if your work is that important to you. I kept coming back to LANDR who seemed to have an edge in every category I was looking for. I just didn’t trust my skills in ProTools to master and felt mastering is Tailor made for AI.
Result? I picked LANDR. And once I started using it, what a sigh of relief knowing I had chosen the absolute best!

Quality edit but scammy about pricing.
I purchased this and was really excited. They had a quality to the edit… It felt like the perfect cherry on top to my music. I bought an entire year… Just to find out that I can’t even upload my song in all the different formats… I feel like I just got scammed. I really want my money back, but unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten a reply on my emails from their customer service. Why would I spend for an entire year just so that I have to be charged again and again when I want to upload my songs onto Spotify. It’s quality, but it’s not that quality and when you play things like that, it just feels like a scam.
