Could be better
Enjoyable to start with building up your jail. But i started getting attacked by others way way stronger and i was unable to defend myself. Maybe a smaller gap between players power levels for attack. I’ve since deleted the app frustrated with constant attacks

I have been playing for 2 days and my account just disappeared. I had made a purchase on the account too. support is just a bot who doesnt actually help and just repeats themselves.

I went to purchase my first thing it daid was .99 cents and it charged my card $17.33. This is not I want a refund

This game is a war game and requires lots of purchasing if you actually want to have fun. Free play is an option but you will not enjoy KE weekends or SVS because the big spenders will wipe your prison off the map. After a certain point upgrading your buildings or troops becomes ridiculously expensive.
It's not a cleaning or hotel like game it's more along the lines of king shot.. The mod bot is a joke the words they block are ridiculous and frustrating it sometimes effects how you are able to communicate during war phase.
I honestly only stay for the friends I've made.

Constantly ‘losing connection’
Game is constantly losing connection (WiFi is fine) so undoes the things I’ve done constantly. So annoying
Support team is trash
If someone that spends allot breaks TOS they get away with it but anybody else does it they get punished this game is more about the money less about the players and community

Repetitive, and overly sexualized.
The developers heavily sexualize advertisements, and gameplay - men literally have all female felons and have a strip search minigame. This attracts men who should just resort to hiring a legal sex worker, or utilizing adult pornagraphy alongside their hand the way they’re used to.
This results in some women being sexually harassed on the regular, and others giving themselves full blown mommy makeovers via A.I. for a shred of what they’re perceiving as attention.
Creates social warfare, instead of any kind of warfare you came here for. Pretty lame.
It’s a very strange environment! You can tell a handful of creeps who fantasize about being a corrections officer, doing creepy things made this game.
Cling to the few normal people you find and you will enjoy it, until you leave.

Good strategy game
It’s a good game, typically ones where you get to grow your build with an alliance and fun heroes (that they heavily sexualize the women ngl…) and participate in events. Tho the ads are misleading, it can be an enjoyable game… one thing I don’t like is how much they push you to buy pack so you can grow bigger and have some perks. Other than that, I’m not too mad about the game.

Fun game but a little too sexual
Sort of embarrassing to play in public as when you’re using this mini X-ray machine to look for contraband, the female prisoners are extremely curvy and wearing very skimpy underwear which is unnecessary if you ask me

Groups of developers have stolen a game and changed its icons and just duplicated it over and over again. They trick you to think it’s a cool single player game then once you reach a certain level it opens up to mass PvP Cash players killing you unless you SHIELD. SHIELD games are nothing but cash grab wallet warriors dominating the game. These aren’t fun. And they have mislead everyone in their games and ads .

Terrible support team.
We merged servers and the new server doesn’t like us. We have been fighting and we been having fun with the war. But one of the enemy used a photo of my minor child as their profile picture. I reported this and nothing happened to them because they spend money on the game. The admins admitted that this broke the games terms and services which should result in a ban but they gave them a slap on the wrist.
