Buggy and crashes a lot

Game has been great for a year and all of the sudden it started crashing constantly. Reached out to customer service and the only thing they are telling me is that it’s my devices lack of free ram and that I should use a different device with 4g or ram or more… they gave up and told me to buy a new phone. Greedy developers that just want money and don’t care to make the game operable for everybody.
