Quartz crux = money grab
After years of playing and genuinely enjoying this game because of its fairness, I think it’s finally time for me to move on. In the past, new features and upgrades were obtainable by everyone. Paying might make progress faster, but F2P players still had a realistic path forward.
That has changed. Support has become terrible and feels like 90% AI-generated responses instead of actual help. The Quartz Crux system is the final straw for me. The amount required for building upgrades compared with the tiny amounts available through packs and events is ridiculously lopsided. Even spending money barely makes a dent in what is required.
I’ve supported and enjoyed this game for years, which makes it disappointing to see it moving in this direction. New content should keep players engaged—not make longtime players feel like their only realistic option is to keep opening their wallets.

5 Sterne damit es jeder liest , dieses Spiel ist die Größte Abzocke und dazu noch Betrug, man bezahlt und bekommt die Leistung nicht , was dann mit fadenscheinigen Argumenten erklärt wird, Finger weg von allen Spielen dieses Unternehmens !

Big spenders Beware....devs working here hack accounts and Rob. Support is run by AI so does no good to complain. All you do is go in circles.
All they want is money, money, money
If you don’t have money, don’t bother playing. I spend a little and I’m still one of the little guys. Their customer service is a joke as well. Don’t bother asking for help on an issue. Unless you are a big spender, you mean nothing to them.
