I found this app the best to learn Thai
1. Best app I have found so far compared to so many other apps specifically for Thai learning
Suggestions to Developers:
1. Please introduce a way to go back also to the previous slide of a chapter
2. The app sometimes makes a weird continuous humming sound, after completion of a chapter or going to the next slide
3. The “My Vocabulary” section is not properly arranged. For example if I am trying to check words for “shapes/objects/colours” , the word “cat” is also in the list. I suggest youto categorise the vocabulary properly

Refund avoided
Since writing this the developer has offered to have another look as you will see. I do not think this is offered in good faith and I think will involve more endless going around in circles correspondence. If they intended to refund that would have done so. So no, I won’t be carrying on with this.

We certainly don’t want you to feel that we were dismissing your concerns or suggesting that your information was incorrect. There can be situations where the email associated with a purchase differs from the email used to access the Ling account, which can make it difficult for us to locate the transaction. If you’re still willing to let us look into this, we’d be happy to take another look and see whether we can locate the original purchase and determine what options may still be available. Pay 100$ for life time if family access is included not 300$ for single access.
