Not worth it and misleading
Using the ai to learn was kind of annoying. One minute I’m learning basic words the next it’s using phrases and words it’s never gone over before and expects me to answer. What pushed me to write a review was their subscription options and their free trial. The app’s help center instructs users to cancel through Settings, but the iOS app has no Settings menu. I had to dig through emails to find out where to cancel my subscription so I wasn’t charged $100. Please add an obvious ‘Manage Subscription’ or ‘Billing’ option in the app, or update your help article so it matches the current interface. To me it seems sneaky. Most free trial subscriptions go through Apple and you can cancel on the App Store. You can’t do that with pingo ai.

$100 a year and it takes you to a separate site to pay or start a trial to make it a PITA to cancel lol nah. Nice try though.

I'm canceling this because of how little I can use it on the first day of the trial. All I get is four greetings? I told you I took 10 years of Spanish. I don't have patience to get to the level that I'm actually at
