Title; like why can’t it wait for me to reply or let me process the reply, it just tries to speak over me as well

Any app that demands my review within the first hour of use gets 1 star. Is your success really that dependent on user feedback? Do better.

I was happy and learning until I wanted another lesson and it said start free trial I COULD NOT DO ANYTHING
I like this app, but not too much that’s why I left two stars out
OK, so basically I wanted to use this app to help me learn Russian because I’m kind of struggling with it on Duolingo but it won’t let me make an account. It’s really hard and the game won’t load well not the game the app.
Poor setup
The app is like a chatty panicked version of Duolingo. There isn’t any vocabulary practice or background to why you’re learning what you’re learning. Just running into conversations over and over without actually understanding what’s happening. Also, it’s nearly impossible to make adjustments to the plan. I had to repeat a lesson 4 times because I was trying to find information about the words and it didn’t save the progress started. What a disappointing program.

Tem uns exercícios que são em inglês. Tem que saber um inglês básico no minimo. (Poderiam corrigir isso). Pra mim td bem, mas… se o app diz que é português, teria q ser 100% português.

Problema ao ativar o microfone
Tentei usar o app, mas quando aparece a mensagem de “ativar o microfone” nada acontece, mesmo eu apertando diversas vezes em continuar, tentei até pelas configurações manuais da apple na central de apps, mas não funcionou, infelizmente perdi a semana teste e não pude usar o aplicativo

Disappointed.
I was excited because I saw in advertisements and in various videos that this AI has some amount of personality, it’s cool that it calls you stupid every once in a while.
However, there is something terrifying about this app, it’s called a paywall and if you want to use the actual app, you gotta pay it and I don’t feel like spending money for something that I can do elsewhere.

Forced an update
Forced an update within the app, it was not an improvement. Now I can test out even less of the app to see if it is something I would be interested in buying. I am not signing up for yet another trial to see what an app has to offer. You can grey out content, but it should show all levels offered. From what I see I am not confident this would offer me good content in Greek as my Greek knowledge grows, it seems very basic.

Refunds and bugs
This app was advertised well but when i downloaded it i had glitches and the app wouldn’t work. I had to delete and redownload a few times. I manage to get the free trial in order to even use the app but after using it I was trying to cancel but there was no way until they took $100. Now they’re giving me the run around with link for my money. Why is it that you have to take money from me to be able to cancel. And they support is poor.

Interrupts too much
The pingo AI struggles to get to the point, gets advanced too fast, and always interrupts me when I’m trying to think how to say my next word. Even though I tell it to wait for my signal to reply it never learns.
