A vivid connection with my ancestors
This was such an amazing trip to relive the memories that have been hidden in my deepest soul of what it was like for my great great grandmother and others who arrived in chains. This trip was disturbing in many ways to share so vividly the steps she took. It is too easy to forget our beginnings. Thank you for bringing back to my memory the battle of my ancestors who have created the building blocks of our present freedoms

Great new tour experience
This is a really engaging, fun and insightful new tourism experience. It’s easy to use and can be done at anytime (love the convenience). The tours on the app really bring history to life and the characters are amazing and like stepping back in time.

Lantern Shadow Tours was such an interesting and informative experience. I loved that it was self-guided, so you could take your time, stop and start when you like and have a drink or feed along the way. The characters felt so realistic, which made the stories come to life. We did a Convicts life and Ghosts tour on the Rocks and found both were a fantastic way to spend the day/night exploring Sydney.
The App and map were well thought out and covered a good area of Sydney. It was easy to follow and suitable for all ages.
Looking forward to trying another tour else where in Australia.
