Lacking functionality of secured quick access login. Crashes often and when it does work it tends to be very slow.
Doesn’t support Apple Pay!?!!
This CU is way behind the times! Doesn’t support Apple Pay and when asked when that might happen is told “maybe in a couple of years”! Even the small credit union for a local factory supports Apple Pay! Sheesh.
It’s stupid
We should have more control over the account like suspend the card from the app have Face ID to sign in the app should be layed out the 5/3 app where if you go into negative it will show in red -$5.00 than when the you take money out the saving to cover the funds when it shows what was taken out the savings it should show in checking ( the amount from savings) so we would know to put that Amount back into the saving for emergencies ext. if I could give it no stars I would.
