Most unethical company ever. Transfer failed but I was still charged. Refund is impossible — just excuses. The rate shown upfront is not what you actually get. Cheats, unreliable, and untrustworthy.

I have experienced transaction failures over the past three days despite multiple attempts to reach your team via calls and emails. However, I have not received any response or resolution. The funds I transferred were intended for family support and are of great importance to me. I request an immediate refund of the $990.
