I am writing to request a manual upgrade of my account to Tier 2.
I have attempted to complete the identity verification process several times using the official Government-issued NIN Card. However, the Veriff verification system integrated into the app is failing to recognize the document. It consistently gets stuck on a screen that only offers "Passport" or "Driver’s License" as options, with no way to select or upload my National ID/NIN card.

SendApp restricted my account without a clear reason. I followed all their instructions and provided the requested information, only to receive a generic response saying they will not support my transactions and that the restriction will remain due to “compliance policies.”
No explanation, no transparency, no appeal process, just a vague message and ticket closure. This is unacceptable for a financial app where people trust you with their money. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this app.

Needs to be faster
NGN to USD transfers are so slow. Taking up to a week to complete. These transfers should be fast and arrive on the same day like Your competitor LemFi does
