This app was Superrrrr fun until they took away all of the social media aspects and the pics it takes are GREATTT but not as good as it used to be.
Lost half my photos!
I went to look for a specific photo in my memories/archive and realized there is a random gap from June 2024 to April of 2026!! Also apparently, as of May 2026, there is NO WAY to contact customer support
Bug??
I love this app so much and use it daily, but today was the first time I had a bug where my recently uploaded photos magically vanished without a trace, even after I went through and “developed” each photo to save, archive, or delete. How do I recover them??
Best Filter
The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is because I so desperately wish I could edit photos in my camera roll with Lapse. It is my favorite filter to ever use. My camera quality focuses better when I use my zoom in my default camera app, but Lapse with flash has some of the best captures.
Fun app
I like the app and the idea behind it but I just lost my memories in the old version Ive been trying to get them back from the past version but I can’t seem to :(

I loveeeeeddd lapse so much !! Me and my friends everyone ik used it !! We loved snapping each other and talking !! We are very sad that you can no longer do it !! It’s okay if not but I would ask if yall could bring back that feature back where we can snap others? This was the only app I could get since I can have Snapchat !!

Lapes downgrade
it is horrible that lapes has an up date. i don’t really think there’s a point of having it now when it’s just a camera. please consider going back i don’t use it now cause it’s literally just the camera app now.

I’m not one for app reviews but this was my FAVORITE photos and social app for a long time. I loved the lapse recaps and the social elements of it. Please bring it back to how it was.

Tried to sue this app to connect w friends and share photos but now it only takes photos?! Disappointing
Bring back the social feature
I love how you can take the picture aesthetically but I miss showing friends pictures in the moment. It was so much fun seeing others moments aswell. Please bring back the social features it was great.

I lalalalaalove this app so much solely based on the quality of the images that it produces. There is nothing like it. But please bring social features back, at least to the extent in where can just add eachother close friends and family and see their post. I don’t care about seeing strangers on their, or automated ai messages every time some one posted a photo, or even the instant message option. But I really did enjoy seeing my close friends/family post on lapse, specifically my hermit friends. It was the only app where things natural. Intimate. A moment. Please reconsider. Love you lapse. Please bring back the old app

It was better before the update it was fun to see what your friends post to see how there day was going
Heartbroken
Sadly not every user was notified of the gallery being permanently deleted by May 31 2026 so I lost many many precious memories. I wished we could at least get to keep our accounts even if the social aspect is gone. The app has lost its charm.
