It's not even working
Lot of Good Features
I’ve now owned two robot vacs and comparing these apps I think this one has a lot of the main features I needed and some surprises such as saving the old map. A couple of things that should be more clear are:
1. What
Do I do when I need to change the location of the dock?
2. How do I troubleshoot when the vac keeps redrawing the map as though we’re in a whole new house?!
3. How do sync to Alexa? It said I could in the product description, but those seem to be empty promises as there is no skill on Alexa or for Laresar or Laresmart.

Overall Decent
Overall I like the app. Very easy to use and figure out. I like how it auto detects the rooms.
On the downside, editing the map and splitting rooms can be very frustrating when splitting rooms fail. The app glitches sometimes and deletes your entire house layout. I wish you could change/edit the room colors.

Not great
The robot vacuum is great but the app is very unreliable.

Près de 2 ans d’utilisation et l’aspirateur et son application sont inutilisables.
L’aspirateur ne détecte plus sa base…
La solution dont nous ne sommes pas certain est de refaire un repérage… mais nous avons mis des semaines pour que notre carte soit bonne !!!

Map resetting issue
Having set up room names and cleaning parameters but they are all wiped out by machine resetting maps once every few weeks. Workaround is to save a copy after setting up but have to load it once a while when machine resets. Hope to see software update on this.
Map not loading
After the new update for the iPhone and the App I am only allowed to use one clean setting “pan cleaning”. All my maps I had saved say loading and won’t show my rooms or floors. This is a huge problem ! I have loved my robot vacuum but if they don’t fix this issue I will have to find another brand
Works really well
I have been using this app with my vacuum for a while now and have had very few issues. In fact only 2, the vacuum struggled to find its location and decided to try and create a new map. I even put that down to having recently moved and as I moved furniture around and removed empty boxes it got confused. Since I got it to map the new layout I've had no issues.

Buy Roomba Instead
It used to pair to my phone but won’t anymore. Just keeps giving different errors. You get what you pay for. BUY A ROOMBA! You’ll regret buying this.
Map keeps disappearing
I set all the no go zones and then one fine day map just disappears. Then it tangles on all the wires and i have to set the no go zones again.
Unable to report fault via app
Every time I try to report an issue the app crashes when trying to add a video. Losing all information typed. Really frustrating.
Also the FAQ isn’t helpful as tells you the wrong instructions for how to report an issue as the option doesn’t exist as described. i.e. click on Me and Help Centre. Help centre isn’t there so have to find it by saying the information isn’t helpful and then get option to report.

Can’t get to settings in app to adjust frequency of cleaning , vaccum power, etc…
Fantastic!
Had a little issue with my robot vacuum not connecting to WiFi. Customer service helped me solve the issue. Great customer service! I highly recommend this app and vacuum cleaners. A++

Needs some assistance
The machine is great, the app is not the best. I love how it maps the house but if it gets confused it will not know where it’s at and add rooms beyond the already mapped ones. The app spells “rechaging” incorrectly. The app constantly glitches and changes your house or renames rooms. It’s difficult to split rooms and most of the time it fails. To split or merge.
I wish you could delete rooms or areas that aren’t accurate. I wish you could change room colors.
Overall, I love the app but the app doesn’t seem to love itself. It has such great potential though….

No use don’t work
This app is useless. It won’t do anything. It does not connect to device gives no help and too complex to do anything. The app keeps wanting to to gain access to your phone and accounts but does not work so not sure if it is a scam. Best not to use.
The clean on other words work by pressing the start button and that is OK.

Glitchy app
The map as it vacuums goes in and out constantly
user-friendly, but just a little bit.
The application is very easy to use. The menus are user-friendly. Everything is very clear, but it drains my battery very fast and my phone gets very hot. It literally catches fire.
no service
mapping issue, machine lost his map and control every time, service team is not supporting and just lying that they are preparing to send new one since last year. Even this rate and review is under control. totally fraud product.
