Cloud video stopped working
Just in the past week my VAS cloud videos stopped working. It was working fine for over two years and just stopped. I reinstalled the app (latest version), restarted the phone, and just keep getting “failed to retrieve steaming video”. I paid for a subscription and no one responds to support messages or feedback. I’ll update this review if someone helps me get it working again. Until this problem with their app cloud service is fixed, I would suggest staying away from the Larkkey IP cameras.

No Alexa
App says it can connect to Alexa but it only brings you to a link that says if you see this reload or update app. Very low and inconvenient quality.
Really good cam
The angle that can cover is perfect. I will give a 5 * if also could record video when detect a movement.
Don’t get ICloud Storage
Once you buy it, there is no cancellation option and they just keep charging you. Scam!!!
Worse by the day
It never connects anymore, there’s really no point to this camera sometimes it won’t even detect movement. Such a waste.
USED to be awesome
For some reason when I open the app it will only show 2 seconds of video then freezes. That’s whether I am watching live or trying to watch recordings! This app is getting worse and worse!!!
Cameras won’t stay online
For more reliable remote viewing I had to pair these cameras with remote control plugs that I can turn off and on remotely to reboot the cameras. Even then, they sometimes won’t come online the first time. Once online they may stay connected for 10 minutes or a week, there’s no telling.
Good product - lots of recording capacity on 128gb card
I get between 1 and 2 weeks of daily recordings. I do wish there were some fine movement control of reviewing recorded events.
I’d really like to know what hardware the LARKKEY app supports. Is it only the security camera I bought? Are there other cameras I might like better that work with the LARKKEY app.

My 5 cameras have stopped telling me when motion is detected which and are pointless now being that’s the reason I bought them

Have 3 cameras and could not be happier, for three years they have never failed...initial set up not explained well but once hooked up they are flawless... high def picture is amazingly clear for the price
Needs better speakers on camera
Trying to hear someone speak is difficult

I set it up and then I moved and set it up again this time inside my home because I went on an extended vacation. It was great and gave me peace of mind to see the inside of my home.

Extraordinary Security
I purchased this camera after things in my living space became missing and or broken and with this good quality device I can get real-time footage and pull past footage. Although Alexa is available this device works without having being Asked too .
Not enough modes
There aren’t enough moods/ modes for the light. Edit: Recently the app broke and will not connect to Alexa anymore. Sad.
Video freezing since last update
I've been very very happy with the 2 cameras I have and intending to a add a 3rd one but since the last update, when they added the dual screen view, the video keeps freezing and I had to exit and then enter again. I know my connection is good. Please fix this. Thank you

Lost connection with camera
For last few months have not been receiving notifications. Today I realized its no longer listed in my devices. Tried to report within app but wouldn’t get past selecting a device which of course is not there.
Couldn’t find reset button on camera
This used to work perfectly. What is further confusing, my Alexa Show will still display the live feed from the camera.

For the price, the camera works great! I was very apprehensive when my wife purchased the camera but after using it for a while now I’m completely satisfied!
