Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LARKKEY at 4.7 against EMEETSTREAM's 2.0. LARKKEY also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 15%) and ratings volume (4.3K vs 11). EMEETSTREAM's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
