I just downloaded the app today and it keeps saying the location is not available. Same problem as noted a year ago. I can’t find
Out how to add points (rewards) to my online Las Palapas account either. The restaurant doesn’t even know how to use it?!

The app does not work. Just says this location not available even when I tap skip location finder. There are 4 Las Palapas locations within a 5 mile area from me. This is ridiculous. App just freezes up and you have to force close.

Music is always too load. When we ask to have it turned down they “can’t”.
Not working
Even with just the one location I could use in the past. Now upon opening app I receive message “we’re sorry this restaurant is not available” please contact the restaurant directly to place your order. Then will have to force closed as it will not progress any further. It appears this app is no longer supported.

I can’t get the app to open. It tells me there are not any locations near me. Yet, I know of three.
Location
You only have one location to choose from to order. I live by the location of West Ave and 410 close to Jackson Keller. It only 5 minutes from my home. Not driving to get food at Evers Road. Please fix your app.
Worthless
This is worthless because the app only works for 410/Evers so it’s 1 location ONLY. I live 2 minutes from 1604/hausman location. Do not download unless you use that 1 location 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Downloaded app needs more las Palapas restaurants locations

I’ve downloaded the app and love that I can see the full menu and order here, but it only gives me 1 location to choose from and I live no where close to that one. Only gives me the 410 and Evers location only and I live in Live Oak. Please update. Thanks.
