Lasco app needs logging for power switch
Hope there would be logging for power switches so we can track when we turn on a device

waste of time, waste of money, useless, doesn’t work, hard to set up, always resets, i suggest to buy different brand. this is a waste of money and a big waste of time setting up everytime it resets 👎👎

App and Unit Malfunction
Might be from the update but all my light bulbs have started malfunctioning. One appears to be offline and slowly blinks but doesn’t pair when I tried to reset. The other doesn’t appear to be online even without any network issues. Please fix.
After update v1.1.2, lasco app no longer works with Siri iOS
The v1.1.2 update broke the capability to add the automations to Siri, thus breaking any Shortcuts you have to run your tap-to-run scenes
Siri shortcut was unlinked from the lasco app
For iOS version, shortcuts are not anymore recognized.

Slow and terrible app in the first place. Now no longer works with Siri and Shortcuts after recent update.

Needs an update
UPDATE THE ALEXA SKILL.Pls update the skill in alexa because alexa can only control the brightness and the power of the device (on or off). Pls update it so that alexa can also control the mode of the strip light like music mode. So we can set a routine wherein we can chose the mode of the device
Lasco Aircon Wifi Adsptor
So far so good. Just wondering why one window type airconditioning unit with one Lasco wifi adaptor can only function operate on only one cellphone. Meaning if the app is set on two cellphone only one cellphone will operate. Please advise.

It was working well until it didn’t…
I was happy when I bought the smart wifi extension cord because I can finally leave my phone until it is fully charged and will automatically turn off based on the set timer.
However, there was a time it turned offline even if my wifi is okay. I disconnected it and reconnected it pretty easily. But now, I frequently experience that my extension is offline even if all my devices connected to my wifi are working.
It’s been 2 days since I disconnected the smart wifi plug and been trying to reconnect it. I still can’t even after several tries. Idk what else I can do. 😣

Deffective Wifi plugs
I bought wifi plugs for my aquariums since I travel often and unfortunately after a month or two the plugs kept disconnecting. My wireless at home is perfectly fine and connected devices on 2.4G since thats what they should be compatible with but I have to reset the wifi plugs and reconnect everytime they get screwed up, i could even here clicking noises from the plugs everytime I do a reset and Im always having a hard time reconnecting them. I guess your products wont last long 👎🏻

Power Button is not good
Hi Lasco, the product is really good but the recent update where the power button easily clicked is prone to error.
My desktop is connected to it but because of the switch I always clicked it accidentally. Please add confirmation before power off.

Device offline
“Device offline” even though I am connected to my internet with 150 mbps speed download. And when it’s not device offline sometimes it doesn’t work well. The remote won’t work, can’t turn on or off the extension. Please fix this i’m having a hard time using your app
