Great idea but App doesn’t work

Great concept... if the app worked.
I received email advising several Creatives are available however I have been unable to view or book any of them via the app. Notifications don’t work.
I emailed support team for help but they’re unable to assist

Hi there, we are very sorry to hear this. It is unfortunate you had this experience only days before the push notification issue was fixed. These are now working well. The multiple booking system works differently to the single booking system. When using the single bookings, you can see the Creatives instantly, whereas, the multiple booking Creatives can only be viewed once they accept the booking. Unfortunately, due to the new update which affected the push notifications, the Creatives did not see your pending bookings. This will not happen in the future as we have fixed the issue but we would like to provide you with a complimentary service for your inconvenience.

Best part is they come to me

My usual place was booked out for hair and makeup when I tried to get sorted at the last minute for an event, and a friend recommended LASHD when I started stressing out! The Creative responded and rocked up on time to my place and helped get me vibed for an epic night out. Will def use again. Love the fact I don’t have to leave home!
