This app is garbage. Essentially designed for an iPhone 4 and hasn’t been updated. If your company uses this app to staff you then maybe it can be okay, but if you were suggested to use Lasso and a means to fill employment/get money. Ur are way better off contacting companies directly, land one gig then network with other people on the job to see where to next for opportunities this app has been so frustrating and a constant let down

I love it that you get back to me so quickly I’ve learned that you really need to check the app every single day for gigs. I just worked one at the hard rock in Wheatland last night with two amazing people.
I have a question though in regards to is it possible to work in two different airport areas. I am out of Sacramento, but I would love the opportunity to look at gigs in the San Francisco area because I have traveled in order to do shows.
I can’t wait till we’re really busy and I’ve got three or four shows a month

LASSO IS NEAR PERFECTION
I have worked freelance for nearly a year and if it wasn’t for this app I’d probably not be as organized and prompt as it helps motivate an individual to be. I have no complaints nor have had any mishaps with this particular mobile app. In regards to the app store, the UI is attractive and simple to use, although it would be cool if they had a “dark or holo” theme preference. Other than that, keep up the great work guys. 👍🤙😜

Good start but NOT user friendly
I love the concept but there is a LOT that can be improved. I don’t like that I set parameters, click on a gig, go back to the list and then need to RESET the parameters and start over. Also, please make it obvious that there are no open positions left on a gig from the opportunity list or just remove the gig all together. If I click on the filled position I have to restart the parameter settings again.
Please consider ease of use when making your next improvements.

App is working fine
I’m very appreciative that the organization uses a app!!!! Just recently reached out to another security company in Tampa, and received a prompt callback welcoming me on board for part time work when I’m in central Florida. At the end of the conversation I was asked If I had any questions for them.
My question was, what app do you use to issue out possible assignments, and their response was we have no app, you must call every Monday to see what assignments are available throughout the week.
I mentioned to them my dis pleasure with having to perform that task weekly and how well it works when the company has an app for job announcements!!! they mentioned they would take that into consideration!!! 😳

Very slow and needs to be made for iOS and android not just a desktop version in app

It keeps me informed of when, where to work and where to park - only exception was AZ Federal where there was misinformation about the parking garage hours. I ended up parking on the street - not safe.

I’m putting a 5 star so everyone can see this review, please run away from this app , I worked 10hrs got off and went home then got a call back to come back to work another 5hrs I started heading out an got stuck in traffic traffic was very bad so I called an hour early to let dispatch know I was going to be late , then they said okay , after hanging up I got a email stating I was removed from the whole roster then I got a text message saying I received a no call no show and then i called dispatch and they tried to bribe me and tell me if I showed up they will remove the no call no show but if I didn’t i would be removed from the app permanently an would have to go into the office an speak to the director to appeal my case , this is my first day of work guys an I’m getting penalized for calling in late then heading home because I was removed and told not to show

really cool app, if only I could see it all
There are portions of this app that utilize light gray text on a white background and it is nearly impossible to see.They are really important features such as the spot where you mark your availability or decline shifts.
Great idea in theory
From the freelancer perspective this app is a hassle.

This app is grabbing my clip board contents every time I open or switch to it from the background.
Malicious apps do this to steal banking, information, passwords, addresses, (anything you have copy pasted last).
Every time I open the app I get the banner from iOS telling me “LASSO pasted from Messages” or “LASSO pasted from Safari” or “LASSO pasted from Notes” and so on depending where I last copied content from.
Of course the thing I had copied is no where to be seen. Its most likely getting snatched and uploaded to a remote database.
