I made a mistake in shipping address and tried contacting them a few times on their “help” email address which is their only contact for customer service. No response at all. Silence.

Website is hijacked by third parties
The promise of Last Bottle is wines available at discounted prices. Unfortunately LB has switched to Shopify’s platform, which has enabled third parties to hijack offerings before they’re even released to the public. For instance, one app—winebuyerapp.com—chargers users $20/$30 to access Last Bottle’s online catalog of offerings through before the offerings are even released to the public. As a result, some of the best value wines with low inventory (like the collector bottles in the “power hour” of Last Bottle’s marathons) are sold out before they even appear on Last Bottle. This is an obvious security breach and something Last Bottle (and/or Shopify) should immediately resolve to protect their longtime customers.

App frequently doesn’t work
Like the last bottle website, the app needs a lot of work. It commonly does not share the current wine for sale specifically it almost always stops working during a marathon. I’ve just learned not to use it.
New billing platform stinks
It was a five Star before the new billing platform was implemented
Best Wine Deals App
This is by far the best and easiest wine app to purchase great deals.
Grand cru
My grand cru from st emilion - 6 bottles had started to turn. No depth, thin, disappointing. Win some lose some.
Shipping is a big problem
This app is legit. You do get the wines and can get some good deals. They say they ship in 3-5 business days. However, it’s 8 days since my last order as I write this and UPS still doesn’t have the shipment. You should plan on 4 weeks to get your package.

Disappointed new customer
I’m seeing one Wine come to the app per day. But when scrolling through Instagram, you have new wines added all the time. So why is someone who’s download Your app and credit card information am I not receiving the same offers?
Prior orders hard to see
The prior version of the app was outstanding. This one is OK when it comes to ordering your wine. Seamless and flawless. However, looking up prior purchases, especially if you order a lot, is much more tedious with the new app than the old app. I just don’t understand why developers have to try to improve everything especially when the former app did not need any improvement.

Sub-par Accuracy & Customer Service
I have easily purchased over 100 bottles from LB, but lately they are failing their customer base in a significant way. Many of the wines here are over hyped, the descriptions are inaccurate, and they list conflicting vintage information for the same wine. Their communication is equally lacking as it takes weeks upon weeks to get a response to a question or concern (if you’re lucky enough to hear back from someone at all.) My last question took six weeks to get a response. The delivery process also mirrors their overall poor quality customer Example: They clearly state that you will automatically receive tracking information, however this email doesn’t arrive until after your order has already been delivered. Not much help to a busy professional.
Unless you are ready and have the time to babysit your order, I cannot recommend this site.
