Disappointed new customer
I’m seeing one Wine come to the app per day. But when scrolling through Instagram, you have new wines added all the time. So why is someone who’s download Your app and credit card information am I not receiving the same offers?
Prior orders hard to see
The prior version of the app was outstanding. This one is OK when it comes to ordering your wine. Seamless and flawless. However, looking up prior purchases, especially if you order a lot, is much more tedious with the new app than the old app. I just don’t understand why developers have to try to improve everything especially when the former app did not need any improvement.

Sub-par Accuracy & Customer Service
I have easily purchased over 100 bottles from LB, but lately they are failing their customer base in a significant way. Many of the wines here are over hyped, the descriptions are inaccurate, and they list conflicting vintage information for the same wine. Their communication is equally lacking as it takes weeks upon weeks to get a response to a question or concern (if you’re lucky enough to hear back from someone at all.) My last question took six weeks to get a response. The delivery process also mirrors their overall poor quality customer Example: They clearly state that you will automatically receive tracking information, however this email doesn’t arrive until after your order has already been delivered. Not much help to a busy professional.
Unless you are ready and have the time to babysit your order, I cannot recommend this site.

Your app sucks. It doesn’t say whether my order has been shipped. It doesn’t give any shipping information.
Lost order-no response
I have been a consistent long time buyer from them. Spent $140 on an order I never received. Never responded to my many emails. Never refunded. AVOID this company! No response or help! So disappointed!
Nobody’s Home
I made my initial order almost a week ago. You can go on their app and check your order as well as the status. As nothing has changed since my order I became nervous as we only have a couple more weeks at the shipping location before moving to our summer home. I have sent 2 emails to the help desk asking about an approximate shipping date, and the possibility of changing the shipping address. Crickets!! On the app it explains their policy on replying via the help desk, which has nothing to do with reality. I also found a phone number for them which was a Napa prefix but there’s a recording that says the number is no longer in use which is a bit concerning. Maybe it will work out and I’ll get a great deal on a great wine. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

If you have any desire to drink wine, Last Bottle is amazing. Super helpful & friendly staff. Amazing wines at ridiculous (good) prices! I love that they do consider the weather with shipping, being in that I’m in Winterfell (Minneapolis).
Great to stock a cellar or try something usually out of your price range. You need this in your life!

New App Regresses Features
The updated version of the app while ascetically an upgrade goes backwards in many functions. The old app was simple and easy to use. Checkout was less complex and order history showed pictures of the wines purchased on the main page not requiring you to click on every order to see the pictures which was useful to quickly reference prior purchases you liked to purchase again when they came up again. Most annoying the daily deal says not available during the Marathon when quick purchases are necessary to get the deals before they are gone, I’m relegated to the mobile web version which is even less user friendly than the app. I’m buying less wine due to the changes in the app, it WAS my go to app for all Wine purchasing.

I ordered on 1/30. After 10 days of no tracking info for my order I asked for an update, no response. I asked the same on the app, no response. I asked on one of your FaceBook ads, no response.
