Game is good, i’m just having issues
So I’m trying to get rid of my Level 68 account but every single time I tried to I would undelete the app and I reinstall it and I keep getting back into the same account. I don’t know why it keeps doing that I think your game is broken or you’re just not doing your job right or I just think you should put an option in the settings log out of account I think you should just do that is not that hard. I don’t know why I have to do all this extra just to ask for help through an email. Who does that.

Game is amazing hard and a pain at times but you can definitely do everything f2p although it will take years! Also please please please a Build Mode/Architect Mode where you can pick up an existing wall, floor, door, etc. and move it without demolishing it. It would be especially useful now that bases can get enormous.i hate that theres so many of is with wonky bases since we started lol thank you guys for everything you continue to do! I hope one day to be working with or for you guys able theres endless items to collect and buy! Good game few problems
It’s a very good and fun game but my biggest problems are only being able to have one save file and how grindy the game is I can’t play that much so for how much you need for things like the ATV and many other things it just takes far to long for me to get the items then the areas I found getting the gens for the raiders is very difficult because I’ve spent very like time trying to get the gens the rusty generators.

Good game.. but expensive
Love this game, probably one of the best survivalist games. Plenty of exploring options. One problem I have is weapons wear out at a stupidly fast speed. Go on any serious mission and you literally have to take so many weapons because you can end up using one weapon for each monster. The only way to progress really is to spend a lot of money. I’m on a mission where I have to build a vehicle. The list of items is so vast that it would take many months to find. The purchase option is there, but at an exorbitant cost. I understand developers need to be paid, but I’ve already spent a lot of cash on this game. No more…Would have got 5 stars.. but for the ridiculous pricing

When I entered the bikers to get my loot as I previously died, why do we have to spawn in the middle where they can shoot us and have no time to get off the bike. Fix it.

Support is terrible
In the last week I’ve had multiple $10 purchases disappear and my season pass progress completely reset I’ve messaged support about it a week ago and it took 4 days to hear back from them telling me they will look into it. That was last week and nothing has been done. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU WILL LOSE IT

Beware stuff that you pay real money for can just be taken
I just started playing the game a few days ago and was enjoying it so I bought numerous items in the game including mystery boxes. NPC killed me and everything on me that I purchased was gone. I don't think that I want to invest any more money or time into this game since those items can just be taken away.

APP GLITCHING - you lose your money and your purchase
Let me start by saying this game encourages you to spend money just to get the basics to advance. And if it glitches when you're in another area you will lose everything in your bag and motorcycle inventory. This is one of the very few games I've spent money on and I still lost precious valuables that cannot be obtained unless you buy it again. Be cautious about spending money on this app. And if you're not spending money then you're gonna spend YEARS to keep up with basic simple tasks just to advance. Also when an event is over you have to make sure you're on the game before it ends. Or you cannot collect anything that you've earned. The developers don't try to give you your money back or compensate anything.
