Lost access to one entire account, put in hundreds of $$$s. No help.
My support person just left me on hold not replying to my question in support to my account for days. It’s still saying waiting for reply from support. Basically they left the line off the hook so that I can not submit any cases and they left my one case open with no solution. That’s how bad support has been. I put in hundreds of dollars to two accounts in this game. One account stopped working. Turns out the link to my email broke. That’s a developer thing with the code. I asked for help. Have not gotten it yet. So I have lost hundreds of dollars. Is it a good game to download? You decide.

Devs are greedy and don’t care
Devs are the greediest people I have even seen, you have to spend spend spend to even have a chance and I’m not talking a small amount, enough to buy a house. They just don’t care and encourage pay to win and bullying. They also name their bots very offensive names

I have played this game for 4+ years. I love this game.I am level 30, I am powerful, I have a good alliance, and I am successful, and I have not payed a cent to this game. Give this game a chance and grind.

We have created a family on our server & in our alliance and that makes it enjoyable, but having & spending money is very encouraged on this game. Especially to get to higher levels.

Rich tyrants and AI ruin the game
This game could be so much better if the developers actually listened with their ears instead of their wallets. I understand the game is here to make money for them but long term the player base quality is going to dilute due to the ability to annihilate every other player with PTW mechanics. Top spenders too often become the absolute tyrants of the servers they reside in, forcing other players out of not just any chance of Eden but many just leave the game. Their behaviour is completely ignored by reporting and the developers, even with screenshots of abusive chat due to the fact these awful humans line their pockets. It’s easy to turn a blind eye when there’s a lot of money involved. The reporting system is absolutely abysmal. Often they go without even being replied to be an actual human when you’re reporting serious issues.
TLDR: unless you’ve got loads of money to waste, don’t bother playing as the players who do will make you miserable and the devs do nothing about it.

Move on
Don’t even think about downloading or playing. They’re off shore. They don’t respond with substance if you have issues with purchases. Account logging. Processing with CC company for charge backs due to no responses for in game purchases.

The advertising of this game
I have been playing the game for about 4 yrs. Your advertising is nothing like the game. It has none of the advertising you show. Also there are bullies on the game. And now the game will not let me update to newest version on my iPad.

As above, virtually unplayable on iPad due to crashes. Love the game.

Decent game with potential. In app purchase not fond of at all. In app purchases are too expensive for what is offered. Freebie incentives are ridiculous to accomplish in the time frame without having to g to make purchases for example the taxi is offered at 2 mil cp… only cp leveling is slow to meet In 9 days!!

Great game, but ruined by big spenders also delayed updates to IOS
Let me play the event that all the android guys are talking about when it opens. Always get things a day late. Ease up on the requirements. Wings, halos, good fort skins, all cost hundreds to even have a remote shot. Cost 800 over about 4 days time to earn a few coins for an elite shop where you need to do that 3 times to buy anything there. Everyday people can’t afford to compete with people spending a mortgage on this game. Let people earn that stuff.

App crashing for over a month
No way to contact support on the game doesn’t pop up, very frustrating trying to play with constant crashes

Since last upgrade I can not log on ,used to be fine don’t know what they did but come up with -107 now deleted app and reinstalled but the same 😒
