Rich tyrants and AI ruin the game
This game could be so much better if the developers actually listened with their ears instead of their wallets. I understand the game is here to make money for them but long term the player base quality is going to dilute due to the ability to annihilate every other player with PTW mechanics. Top spenders too often become the absolute tyrants of the servers they reside in, forcing other players out of not just any chance of Eden but many just leave the game. Their behaviour is completely ignored by reporting and the developers, even with screenshots of abusive chat due to the fact these awful humans line their pockets. It’s easy to turn a blind eye when there’s a lot of money involved. The reporting system is absolutely abysmal. Often they go without even being replied to be an actual human when you’re reporting serious issues.
TLDR: unless you’ve got loads of money to waste, don’t bother playing as the players who do will make you miserable and the devs do nothing about it.

Move on
Don’t even think about downloading or playing. They’re off shore. They don’t respond with substance if you have issues with purchases. Account logging. Processing with CC company for charge backs due to no responses for in game purchases.
New Update: I quit this game, best game move ever!
Update: I become more happy the longer I am away from this game that has the worst customer service.

The advertising of this game
I have been playing the game for about 4 yrs. Your advertising is nothing like the game. It has none of the advertising you show. Also there are bullies on the game. And now the game will not let me update to newest version on my iPad.

As above, virtually unplayable on iPad due to crashes. Love the game.

Decent game with potential. In app purchase not fond of at all. In app purchases are too expensive for what is offered. Freebie incentives are ridiculous to accomplish in the time frame without having to g to make purchases for example the taxi is offered at 2 mil cp… only cp leveling is slow to meet In 9 days!!

Great game, but ruined by big spenders also delayed updates to IOS
Let me play the event that all the android guys are talking about when it opens. Always get things a day late. Ease up on the requirements. Wings, halos, good fort skins, all cost hundreds to even have a remote shot. Cost 800 over about 4 days time to earn a few coins for an elite shop where you need to do that 3 times to buy anything there. Everyday people can’t afford to compete with people spending a mortgage on this game. Let people earn that stuff.

There is no real tech support for how advanced this game is. The support is Ai. So it only has the default answers
Racist and sexist comments go unpunished
This game is a breeding ground for bullying,racist and sexist messages.The people who spend money on the game feel like they’re invincible and can push around other players whilst posting vulgar messages in WC nothing gets done about these players because the creators just take there money and turn a blind eye.

My account was accidentally deleted, and while a supervisor kindly approved the reactivation, the process appears to be stuck. Be careful support doesn’t help much especially when you purchase a package they scam your money and you don’t receive what you payed for and then they have rules which I wasn’t aware of that if you make a purchase and don’t receive your item in full and then make a complaint to Apple to get a refund they then lock you out of the game and say you broke the rules this is not fair you make a purchase and try to complain to them and they don’t even help you to get what is yours and push you away instead of solving the situation. This game is a nice game to play, but it’s a money pit.

Beyond a joke now, a whole week has passed and still no real improvement, literally barely get on and as for keeping up to speed with events, not a hope! No it’s not an old iPad I am using either!
Very disappointed
I played for over a year and was very happy with it until suddenly the app stopped working and now it says I don’t have any account! I am an alliance member and leader currently and haven’t been able to get on since last Thursday. I’d contact someone about it IF THAT WERE AT ALL POSSIBLE.
