Premium Upgrade not Honoured & Feedback/Support Pages Inaccessible
I have recently purchased the premium upgrade for the Last app. The charge has been deducted from my account, however the app itself has not bee upgraded to the premium version. Other users appear to be experiencing the same issue per their feedback in the IOS App Store page.
When attempting to create a fourth tracker, the premium upgrade prompt is still shown. Tapping 'Upgrade Now' causes a loading animation to occur briefly before the premium upgrade prompt minimises and nothing happens. Tapping 'Restore Purchase' prompts the message "SORRY ... No upgrade or subscription of LAST found." to be displayed.
The in-app support pages (Request a Feature, Support, Feedback/Contact Us) appear to use outdated links as they direct to a 404 error.
Previous reviews have mentioned the same issue. It may be wise to avoid upgrading the app until the issue is resolved. All free features work as intended.

No Premium Features After Payment
I’ve been using their apps for years now. Paid for premium for this app recently, had my money taken, but didn’t get access to premium features. It’s been ~6 months with no feature access, and Apple denied my refund dispute.
I have tried contacting support via the in-app support method, but it takes me to a 404 page. Their website support page appears but is non-functional regarding and won’t send my messages despite different browser attempts to do so.
I’ve got YEARS of tracking in this app, and have lost money for features I should be given. I can’t even export my logs as that requires premium, which isn’t processing even after payment.
Update: Developer replied publicly asking me to email, which I did twice, but still haven’t received a response several days later. I also tried the website contact form, which appears non-functional.

APP/COMPANY IS DEAD, BEWARE
I’ve been using their apps for years now. Bought a bundle a couple years back. Wanted premium for this app, so I paid for it. They took my money, but I didn’t get premium features. Tried contacting support but their email is inactive. Tried contacting Apple for a refund but was denied. I’ve got YEARS of tracking in this app, so it’s hard to swap apps now. Don’t download this app, or any other apps by this company — They’ve stopped updating them and aren’t able to be reached, and they’ll take your money without feature upgrades.

I paid for the upgrade but didn’t get it.
Premium bundle does nothing
I used to love these apps, functionality is great. However subscribed to the Growth bundle to get premium access to the apps that are included and none of the apps register the purchase. Took the money and have nothing to show for it. Apps don’t let you contact the developer, pops up with 404 instead.

Good app but crashes when I try to upgrade to paid
I guess I’ll just keep using it for free since I’ve tried 4x now to either try the two week package thing or pay individually for this one and they don’t seem to want my money 🤷♀️
Used to be great…
I used to use this app quite a bit, got the Growth Bundle, etc. Recently opened it up and all of my data was completely gone. In-app links for support and feedback are just broken. I don’t know what happened with the developers, but it’s really disappointing, because the functionality of the app (and several of their other ones) is really good at the core of it. So unless you really have the money to throw away, and you’re aware that it can just break at any point with no one to contact for a fix, don’t pay for this app.

Their Growth Bundle provided reasonable pricing for all of their apps and I've been a subscriber for five years. But my recently-renewed subscription is no longer active in any but one of the 10 apps I use — and I'm being gouged to the tune of $340+ every year if I want to continue using them.
Developer support is nonexistent; my email messages are being ignored. Given the plethora of reasonably-priced apps that do what this app does, you're better off looking someplace else.

Nice for keeping track of chores
This app has been great for things that vary in how often they need to be done. It’s not just for overcoming bad habits
Easily see when was the last time you changed your sheets, or cleaned your pets cage, or mowed the lawn, etc
I suggest printing some little “L” stickers on things to remind you to use the app when you complete tasks.

Broken
App has been broken for a long time and still no fix. If you tap a tile to track an event more than once in a day, it will keep logging each tap with the same timestamp as the first event of that day. The only workaround is to force close the app each time before you tap the tile again. I tried clicking the support link within the app to get help before leaving this review, but it just went to a 404 page.

Needs Bug Fixes and Additional Features
I like the idea of this app. Some bugs I’ve noticed include broken 404 error links in the settings. There’s also no way to delete or edit tiles once they’re created nor is there a way to archive them. Would rate this app higher if the creators kept up with fixing bugs and adding features.

I use this app to track how long since I started different habits, and I colorcode them based on the area of my life they’re in. It’s really great to see how long I’ve been doing things. I also keep track of things like how long has it been since I colored my hair? Or how long has it been since I quit gluten. I don’t know any other app that does this. It’s a brilliant tool.

Looks functional
Looks alright but although I have got the growth bundle I am still limited to three trackers, any idea how to remedy this?

Signed up for the growth bundle and there is no way to sign in so it won’t upgrade the account past a free one unless you pay again. Total waste. When you click on “support” you get a 404 error page. Same thing happens when you try “contact us.” No way to ask for help.

Growth Bundle
I was able to get the Growth Bundle through Reflectly, however when I attempt to restore subscriptions to access premium features on the “Last” app, i am met with a long loading screen. I don’t understand the point of paying for a subscription to just get the access I could just get anyways?
No choice for Sync
It was really improving the quality of my life. However, it is sad that there is no feature of sync between devices or at least backup the statistics data to be transferred to a new device.. in addition, whenever I’d like to apply “request a feature”, it shows 404 page error!!
For growth bundle, i couldn’t restore my subscription to be apply in the Last application, as it must be one of the growth bundle package
