Not enough coins
Been playing for approx 2 weeks bought the 2nd builder queue. I’ve been enjoying the game except for the fact there is not enough coins to be able to keep builders and tech queue busy. I’ve been active doing all radar tasks and using all stamina sending out squads to gather gold when not active for periods of time but there’s still not enough. I would have probably bought the 2nd tech queue but I am struggling to keep what I’ve got going it’s really annoying. There’s no extra ways to get the coins that I can see I’ve been searching the internet and I’ve been doing what is suggests to get the extra coins. I’ve been using the chests but the next ones would wipe me out dry, can only think that it’s pushing you to purchase the coins with diamonds that you would have to buy?? Just let me upgrade my base and reward me for the time I put in don’t bottleneck me on basic in game currency

Horrible cs
The customer service for this game is horrible. This game allow other to harass and constantly being target but the minutes you speak up you get chat ban and CS never look at the full context. You guys talk about policies but fairness of play but allowed harassment
Up the age rating
I love this game but the chat moderation I could do without. I don’t think any 13 year old is playing this. Can you please change the rating to 18+? This would be the number 1 adult game in the App Store if you did. I spend so much time playing, it’s my favorite thing to do after work, during work, and on the weekends. There are a lot of events to keep you occupied and no ads! I don’t mind spending money in the game because it’s just so much fun. But please keep the kids out so us adults can enjoy it fully.

Billions in revenue to not care for players
Unbelievably poor company that treats its community that made it MULTIPLE BILLION DOLLARS like they are worthless. Don’t bother wasting your time, find a different developer that makes a similar game!
Terrible support
Game not accessible for iOS users for nearly a full day, and support handles it terribly. Very little compensation for inability to login, and compensation distributed to EVERYONE, not just to those players impacted by the outage (iOS users only). Pay to win game, do not recommend.

This game is beyond disturbing, disgusting, no age limits, no rules whatsoever. Full of people who have let this game run their lives not caring whose other lives they’re destroying… in the chats they joke about it being a dating app while promoting beyond inappropriate pictures, conversations and links to their only fans and others! They just want money! And guilt you into their repulsive ways! Relationship breaker! Inappropriate for your kid! Should be banned and just review keeps getting deleted so perhaps i should start posting the screenshots! These people being behind bars! Do better, be a good human stay away from this disgusting game!

This game steals
This game randomly charges you for items you do not purchase. Have made a purchase for two weeks and on 8/3/26 I was randomly charged 5$
Screwed! And FOUR days without support reply!
What else can I tell you? Update broke app on Friday! App wouldn’t load, couldn’t participate in events, lost opportunities, couldn’t shield, lost troops and resources. Developers solution, $60 in diamonds and gold bars, 80% replacement of troops and zero replacement of resources. And then ignoring my support emails for four days. Meanwhile, hundreds of millions of resources are waiting to be replaced if I’m going to continue with this game. Play at your own peril. Good luck!

Server bullies ruin the game
Have been playing for a year and building as I go. For the most part, can find some great camaraderie in the game and alliances, however, overpowered server leaders are allowed to control and keep you from advancing, rendering your growth eventually useless. I get it is a war game, but what is the purpose of investing any time or money in your growth? If you aren’t starting off as a powerful player, you cannot advance. Leadership within the server now control all buffs and will not allow you to access them, you will stay weaker and subject to your resources being taken by them in constant attacks

Lack of customer service
Ive been playing this game everyday for almost a year. It is fun but when it comes to actual issues in this game there is a huge problem actually being able to communicate with tech support. Talking to a bot does not equate to tech support many issues just go un resolved to the point we’re people don’t even bother because it gets no were with this much time and money yes money spent on this game that is the biggest issue in my opinion also be prepared to spend money if you even want to come close to keeping up with others in this game

Outcome is rigged
The developers of this game have made this game where the only chance you have to succeed is to spend big money- tens of thousands - just to be relevant- considerably more to be a contender. Totally not worth it.
Waste of time
Don’t waste your time with this game. Always have issue loading especially recently couldn’t even get on the game for 24 hours. Have to be active on the game if you want to be able participate. Seasons are getting worse and they don’t progress at all. Same thing over and over and they just want you to pay for things but don’t fix things

Money hungry and no longer fun to play
This is truly a fun game at first, but as time goes on, it get continually worse and becomes 100% pay to win. Players are spending thousands of dollars and can control entire events against hundreds of players.
Don’t care about their customers / players.
Huge outage through their fault. Promised top tier compensation but provided a pathetic offering. Shows how much they value our custom. ‘Compensation’ was provided to those also unaffected so we haven’t gained anything back.
Incompetent
They have no problem taking your money- but when they break the game, they claim there is no way to properly compensate.
It’s a game!
As a defiantly non bot, I spend many of my hours not farming bitcoin to recommend “aforementioned phone game.”
Costs money to do anything
I’m not a big gamer. I just like a game to kill time here and there. This game charges you tons of money to do anything. Seemingly you could play hundreds of dollars just to play. I have no issue paying for an app but this seems to want to charge you - fortune to keep playing. I think this reflects a pattern of predatory game design.
