I wanted something simple and effective. It’s been around for over a decade without much support, but it works.
Impossible to Delete Account, No Support Response
I signed up for this app a few years ago and have been unsuccessfully trying to delete my account ever since. Every week, I have to confirm my account, but there’s no way to remove it. Support is completely unresponsive—it feels like no one is there.

• Your data is stuck forever – If you’ve uploaded files, don’t expect to delete them.

Idee ist gut
Die Umsetzung ist nicht schlecht, aber, wie jemand anderes schon geschrieben hat, ist es nicht möglich Daten oder das Profil zu löschen.
Ich habe die App vor einigen Jahren benutzt, gestern habe ich 2 emails bekommen, dass in 2 Tagen mein letzter Wille verschickt wird… was mich dazu genötigt hat die App wieder runterzuladen, mein Passwort zu ändern weil ich es nicht mehr wusste und zu schauen was da noch für Daten sind, damit niemand aus Versehen irgendwas absolut nicht mehr aktuelles geschickt bekommt und denkt ich sei 2020 gestorben.

Exactly what I was looking for
Unfortunately some of us are in the situation where if something happens to us, it may go unnoticed. Even if you have no one to tell the app to reach out to, you can use professionals like your dr or relevant others. So that you know you not be forgotten or left. This is vital for those of us who are disabled or chronically ill.

Very sensible
This is a solution to a concern I’ve had for a while, as a chronically ill person living alone. The three stages of severity are excellent, the fact the timing between them is individually controllable is a massive bonus too.
I like that you can set multiple recipients with personalised messages, and that each will get an email asking to check in with you at stage 2’s trigger.
It’s a shame that I am the first review, and I’m a little worried about the longevity of this platform. Fingers crossed.
