Major upgrade to CNC program generation: new draft programs for G92/G32 multi-start threading, G81/G83 drilling & boring, G96 constant surface speed, G71/G72/G73 rough & finish turning cycles, G74/G75 grooving & cutoff, and G90/G94 common cycles — covering core turning operations. 2. Enhanced thread calculation: full ISO 965 tolerance-band lookup, plus new trapezoidal thread (Tr/ACME) calculation with pass-by-pass program drafts. 3. Safer knurling: improved Q-value indexing with safety checks to prevent over-cutting. 4. New offline reference library: G/M code quick reference, insert & tool holder lookup with real product photos, and a G41/G42 tool radius compensation direction guide. 5. Program safety first: programs not yet validated for your controller are shown as drafts with a reminder to dry-run and single-block verify before machining. 6. Improved member experience: home modules reordered by real-world turning frequency; VIP badge on macro programs; save, copy and export for G71/G72 rough-turning programs now available to members.
