About

Built for the shop floor — not the desk. LatheCalc Pro is a professional offline calculator for CNC lathe operators, programmers, and machinists. No account, no network, no data upload. ISO standard tables and calculation engines are built in, so you can look up specs and run numbers even when signal is weak. CUT POINTS Browse T01–T42 contour templates with clear diagrams. Supported models solve tangent coordinates, apply tool-nose radius compensation, and output G-code references — less manual math, fewer copy errors. METRIC THREADS ISO 261 diameter–pitch lookup (M1–M100). Theoretical profile sizes per ISO 68-1 / ISO 724. Coarse and fine pitches, custom geometry mode for non-standard profiles. TOLERANCE & FITS ISO 286 hole and shaft tolerances, standard fits (e.g. H7/g6), and manual deviation entry. Tolerance-band visualization helps you read drawings faster. SURFACE SPEED / RPM Convert between cutting speed and spindle speed from work diameter. Metric and imperial units. Optional machine max-RPM warning when results exceed your limit. CHAMFER & TAPER Multiple solve modes for known dimension combinations. Diameter/radius input toggle. Taper per ISO 3040 with clear full-angle (α) vs half-angle (β) handling. WHY LATHECALC PRO • Fully offline — standards and engine bundled in the app • Shop-friendly — large numeric keypad, glove-friendly layout • History & favorites — reuse inputs in one tap • English & Chinese — UI and diagrams • Traceable results — solver version, standard pack, and input summary • Flexible settings — units, X diameter/radius mode, display precision FOR CNC lathe operators, process engineers, programmers, and machining students who need fast ISO lookups and reliable field calculations.
