Allergens listed in a different order every time
My child has 3 allergens. Every 2 weeks when we do an updose the order of the allergens list changes both in the app and on the printout they give you to measure the amounts at home. Why? It would make sense to have them in the same alphabetical order every time so it would be easy to follow. I am scared that I am going to measure the wrong amount because they switch up the order of the allergens every single time. This program collects a $5k fee that insurance won’t pay for and they can’t even make a simple fix of having good design where the allergens are listed alphabetically so that it is easy to follow and less prone to user error. Frustrating!
