Basics missing
I don’t want to call the app a complete bust but it is in need of major work.
1) you cannot charge customers from the app
2) I could not add customers card info from app
3) scroll function on the calendar is spotty and lags for 3+ seconds
4) cannot put cards on hold
I enjoy launch 27 on the computer, but for $100+ I would expect the app to be more than what you get. I find myself still going to my laptop to work instead of the app because I know the computer version will work better..

Limited functionality
For $100/month it has super limited functionality. It doesn’t have a half of features that has an admin page.
Schedule doesn’t update automatically or even manually. You have to restart app to get the schedule updated.
If you assign team you cannot salary salary.
If you work as a service provider you can’t start your timers from admin app.
For $100/month you can find entire booking service with app, scheduling and website, not just a barely working app.

Needs major updates
I’m not sure what’s going on with L27 in general but the quality of it has fallen gravely. The app kept crashing when I used it.
Hard to use
Can't get past the first page where you choose your provider. I type in my business name and nothing happens
