Platform & Lead management
I’ve been using the app for Launch Control easy tasks and the convenience of mobility! I love getting the notifications of every new text/engagement even when not logged into the app. Helps with being on top of your response game.
For what I use the app I think it offers a great deal of value and flexibility. Of course I use the webpage on my computer for the more complex tasks. FYI I use the Launch Leads which work so good that sometimes make us feel overwhelmed.
It took me a bit (about 2 weeks to be comfortable on it and getting used to the platform), but I am not much of a software/tech person.

Absolutely trash
Save yourself the time. Don’t download
Website is better
I like that I can message people back quickly over the phone when I can’t access my computer. The problem with the app is that it doesn’t populate my inbox correctly like the website does. No matter how many times I refresh it’s not the same. Warm leads or hot leads do no appear and if they do it’s because they texted me first. Sometimes i need to ask a question or look them up real quick and I can’t. I would need to pull my entire laptop out to do so.

Genuinely terrible app

Very minimal app
They really want you to succeed and offer a lot of support, but when you have a problem, you can get answers, there is no phone number anywhere you supposed to only contact them through chat and that’s very annoying
