I don’t understand how this app gets such high ratings unless my app is an isolated incident. Alerts come way past the time a purchase happened or was posted on the app and the same alert happens repeatedly when it actually decides to send a notification.

60+ years of great service
I’ve been a member of Launch Credit Union since it was Kennedy Space Center Credit Union in the 1960’s and have never had a problem with it. Customer service is the best, very friendly and helpful.
