I always ordered the delivery/drop off service and my family's laundry is always handled with care. Laundry is always cleaned, folded, and packaged exceptionally.Great costumers service the employees were very nice and helpful.I highly recommend everyone come to this laundry mat!

Poor service
The concept of the service of pick up and delivery is amazing & thats what earned the one star, however, the quality of their service is terrible. I’m not sure if my towels and sheets are even clean because it doesn’t smell like it the slightest bit and one mattress sheet had a dirty spot on it, which made me wonder if they even washed it. The most annoying part is that I had to refold EVERYTHING because how poorly it was done. All my sheets are extremely wrinkled and horribly folded. The towels were all mixed in, hand towels with bath towels, pillow cases inside out. Lastly, they advertised $10 off your first order, but it was only after i reached out to them for the second time that they provided a partial refund for the discount they advertised. First time customer and had a horrible experience so it will sadly be my last time.

So I’m decided to try them out for the first time on Monday and did an order online for pick up and delivery, I had baby clothes which I requested be washed separately with dereft detergent and my baby clothes had someone’s work coat in my order which is very disappointing. Clothes don’t even have smell of detergent and yall burnt my baby blanket drying it to long…. I wouldn’t allowed them to wash my clothes again but if I have time I would just come in person instead.

Incorrect pricing AND horrible "support" service. I did a pick up/drop off wash & fold order. Their app, the app store, even their promotional video has wash & fold at $1.25. They charged $1.35. I had another order the day after, didn't realize the cost until after placing that order, which is why I called. Their "support" told me it was wrong and that their app was fixed to say $1.35. I let them know no, it did not. He continued to argue, then said he would call back after speaking with his boss. He did not. I called the next morning to ask again, and the man got extremely rude with me, saying it is $1.35 and I was wrong, continued to argue. He said "what do you want me to do?" and refused any time of reimbursement or credit. He hung up on me after.
Horrendous experience. Don't use unless you're fine with getting ripped off and disrespected.

SCAMMERS!!!
This place is an absolute scam. Suddenly they are charging me extra $13 for a “minimum price adjustment” because they say the minimum order should be $25. No where on the app does it say this minimum amount, not even when I check out. I’ve always been a loyal customer and ordered several times. Always I am charged some new number, many times below $25. I will never order from them again.

You have to tip big or they can’t find the address
When I make a large pre-order tip, the drivers can find the first floor of a house. When I allowed the automated tip amount go through, the driver can’t find the location. Or the doorbell. Or even the front door. This is what is referred to as horrible customer service. Closing my account and removing this app.

Somebody had recommended Laundry King so I decided to try. The clothes were very cleaned was impressed. Hoping they can keep up this service. They have one happy customer. I plan to stick with them if they keep delivering such service. Thank you
Serves their purpose
They do what they say. The app makes it very easy to place orders & customers are well informed of the status of the order. Pick ups are seamless but deliveries never happen within the time window, they are always late. I’ve also received other people’s clothes in my deliveries which tells me they are washing multiple orders in the same machine. I haven’t noticed any of my garments go missing yet. Overall it’s a decent service that I will continue to use.

An old favorite
I’ve used Laundry King’s drop-off wash and fold service for eight years and always been very pleased. I was thrilled to learn they have an app! It is well-designed and so convenient for when I’ve put off doing my laundry too long and don’t want to lug the heavy bags down the street to drop them off.

The App Doesn’t Work
I typed in all Brooklyn zip-codes and it wouldn’t let me sign up. The app doesn’t work.
Finally the laundry service I’ve been dreaming of!
This is literally the laundry service of my dreams. My go-to laundry closed with the COVID pandemic, and I haven’t been able to find another laundry that even comes close to meeting my needs... UNTIL I CAME ACROSS LAUNDRY KING!!! They make it so easy, follow all my instructions, keep me posted throughout the process, are reasonably priced, AND follow all the virus protection protocols. Plus I don’t have to load up a laundry cart to drop off! They pick up and drop off at my door within the selected timeframe. They are THE BEST!!!

An app is easy to understand, good prices, fast and comfortable pick up and delivery, u can choose a convenient time and just leave ur bag near the door or on the curbside or on the lobby. U can stay safe at home having your stuff being washed. I gonna use it again and again. Highly recommended for everybody!

Great service
I have never used a laundry service before but this was so easy. The app was simple. Putting the order in easier. When I needed to ask any questions I got someone right away. Pickup, drop off, timely. I gave them additional instructions for the wash, it was done no problem. I recommend them to everyone & I will use them again....
