Poor Quality and Customer Service
DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CLOTHES. Ruined items - customer support offer a redo free of charge - i was then charged for the items they said they would redo for free. In the redo they ruined other items and lost a button top off a blazer. they said they would not replace it or fix it. such a disappointment.

Can’t sign up
“Please check back soon for service within your area” I used my home Wi-Fi, mobile network and 5G to sign up. I can’t understand it.
Terrible
Some of my clothes are missing; they did not return all the clothes I gave them to wash. I kept calling to speak to someone who could address this and no one returned my call. On top of that, they missed the delivery window I had selected and I had to change plans to accommodate their error, only to get back some of my clothes. There was no offer of a refund or compensation.

Wonderful service
Wash Club has changed my life. I hate laundry. They pick it up my dirties same day and deliver nicely packaged clean clothes within 24 hrs. Cheaper than doing at your local dry cleaners. Thanks!
Terrible app and service
This app is consistently buggy and the laundry service is overpriced and unreliable. I have lost many garments while using WashClub.
