Garbage Downgrade
It was 5 stars with Delivery.com, but now this app is atrociously bad. Save your money, and let’s hope that the old app comes back

This app is terrible. Vibe coded, slop garbage. The company that bought out delivery.com’s laundry service has just ruined the greatest laundry pickup app with slop. It doesn’t need gradiented buttons and react icons… I just need to be able to order laundry!!!! You have over-engineered a UI while forgetting the entire purpose of your software!

Doesn’t work
I’m so sad that they changed delivery.com to this app because it doesn’t work you have to do all the calling around yourself. The Laundry never gets notified. They never send a confirmation saying they’re coming everything’s confused and then they keep calling to see if you got your laundry picked up that’s the only thing that works??? They don’t answer the chats in the app till the next day once. :(

this app sucks. impossible to put in an order and keep track of it
idk why delivery.com removed its laundry service to this flop of an app. they've lost me as a customer for good because this app's UX and UI are AWFUL. it's a wonder that it's even allowed on the app store with how non-functional it is.
