Absolutely terrible
This app is extremely outdated in its capabilities and looks. In addition, it crashes very frequently. My university uses this app for a reason I know not because it doesn’t work at all.
it simply doesn’t work
it requires a location to figure out your laundry room but it won’t let me put in a location. and when i turn on gps it just… doesn’t use the gps. the app is absolutely broken. i would give 0 stars if possible
Birthday Present
My sister download this app for me on my birthday when I moved into 20 Hawley. It is literally the worst app in the universe. So mad I slept with her.
Trash
If I could give it less stars I would. It has never been accurate a single time, it’s simpler to check it in person. Ignoring how ancient the app looks, it has zero functionality and I doubt it will ever be fixed.
Amazing
Bubbles. That’s it. That’s the review.
Pile of Trash
Literally just look at it. It has no place in 2020, this looks like it’s for an iPhone 4. On top of that, it just flat out doesn’t work. I went to select a washer, and it crashed. Then I had it track it, but it sent a notification when it had only been washing for 15 minutes. When it was actually done, I never got anything. Your better off just setting an alarm on your phone. Not worth the download.

Just doesn’t work
Idk if anyone else is having this problem but my app says every washer and every dryer is available when they aren’t and you don’t have the option to track any or anything. It just doesn’t work.
UPDATE THE UI
the app does what it is supposed to. Like I love having it. Im able to see how much time is left on the washer/dryer I’m using from my room which is convenient. Buh the UI IS BAD. Please update it to fit newer models like the iPhone X and newer!!
Horribly dated
Worked fine, as fine as a horrible app like this can be. But now it just crashes each time I try to open it. Cool thanks for the trash
Awful and Dated
The app does its job, for the most part. However, it has still not been updated to support the display on iPhone X and all iPhone models following the iPhone X. It also is clunky and reminiscent of an app from the iPhone 4 era. It desperately needs updating. The developer has not touched or updated the app in over a year.

Functional
I saw lots of bad reviews, but the app is functional at NC State. It’s not aesthetically pleasing, but it does what says it does. All is all, I got what I needed.
No
Yikes. Just yikes.
Crap
Don’t get this app. Just wait for your clothes next to the machine because its pointless trying to use it.
Needs an update
The app is optimized for an iPhone 4. It really just needs an update! It could be so helpful!!!
Good
Idk what y’all are expecting but I go to Temple University and it works really well— it tells you which ones on your floor are open to be used, and you can track how longs you have left on your wash... it’s not completely accurate with the times but it’s better than using the timer on your phone idk

Horrible
Give it a try. You’ll see what I mean.
Buggy, outdated, nonfunctional.
App has not accurately worked for years. Needs updates and revisions.
Needs Improvement
The app is very recently developed, so there are a lot of bugs. Sometimes it just crashes because who-knows-why, and the tracking of those washing machines are just not accurate! Please improve the app ASAP!
Does not work
Don't bother- this app doesn't work at all. It doesn't let you get past the location selection page. All of my friends have had the same experience with it, I didn't believe them so I tried it... And here I am.
I usually don't write reviews
I usually don't! But this app
Is SO bad I feel the need to take time out of my day to mention it. You release updates to an app that fails to load on ANY device I have seen. I expect the updates to fix the MAJOR issue of a product... I would consider crashing immediately after the initial loading screen a MAJOR issue. It seems as though this app was designed back during the EARY iOS versions and hasn't been updated since.
Whether that's because you don't want to bother or don't have the resources to do so, I do not know. But if the either is the case, simply pull the app from the marketplace and stop marketing it as a "feature" to your commercial products. If that doesn't seem like a choice your company wants to make then fine. Hire an app developer with experience in the latest iOS and hardware, as well as server integration(since I assume this app is supposed to link to your commercial washing systems... But I honestly don't know since all I've ever seen is the front loading screen) and give him 6 months to design and perfect a product that will perform as advertised.
