A machine
App makes it nice to not carry cash in the laundry.
Kicked out
I have been kicked out off app and I can’t get back on it. Even when I asked to change password they never sent me a link to change the password, and there is no where to change it. The customer service is not available

AMAIZNG
I love how easy they make it
Washing Machine
I would give you a 5+ if it didn’t have and agitator in middle of it.
Laundry
Great machines along with a great company
Terrible
It does not give you an option to change/ update the phone number. I was unable to sign into my account because a prompt declared that not my email and phone not did not match. It did not even give me another sign in option. I had to call the 800 number. That should be a basic feature.
Good
App easy to use
Dependable
Machines are great
LOVE this app.
Our complex required it. Hesitant at first. LOVE THE EXPERIENCE though, so I'm loving the vibe of the interface, ease of wash/dry, and my only request is that they remove the ads, because it's killing the vibe after setting up a load

Las secadoras del condominio 1275 west 35 st zip code 33012 en healeah no están funcionando bien y le hacen perder dinero y tiempo a las personas ya yo hice el reporte la semana pasada y no hicieron nada
