I just wish that the app really shows if the laundry room available or not at the time that I plan to wash cloth it always shows 0 Available it doesn’t up date

While this may offer some advantages in terms of accessibility, I fear that this service is not entirely on point for providing reliable equipment. I am at present using this facility and one of the machines is not even connected. Customer support is an email away but it will be at least 24 hours before they can contact you. The app has some similar issues as, being constantly bombarded with ads, especially when one is actively trying to get the task done. I have strong suggestions but I highly doubt they ( developers & support) will ever lend an ear.

The machine reset some minutes after paying for the dryer.

The timer in the app. for the washers are inaccurate and was a bit of a pain to use my C.C after waiting for a new debit card. Other than that, the app. is quick and any problems with the machines I report through the app. get addressed.

El precio es aceptable y cuando se reporta vienen enseguida a solucionar los problemas. Lo único que veo mal es que la app te avisa 20 minutos antes de que pare el proceso de lavado. Que en total son 40 minutos no 20
