Doesn’t work

I make service requests but I never get a response. Terrible app

App never updated

This app was never updated for newer iPhone or Android phones.

Too complex

Why don’t you have the person just input the address. I keep getting it uses gps of iPhone, yet that does not work

Having trouble choosing craft

App is not allowing or having difficulty on choosing the craft the trouble call is going too. Please fix.

Items in red

There are no items in red and I cannot complete my request because it keeps asking for items in red. ☹️

App needs to be updated

Will not allowed to scroll down options when submitting the report.

Great app

The app is great.

Pretty good BUT

1. It takes forever for someone to come out and respond. Ex. put a call in 5/25, just got referred to the department 5/31...who knows when they are gonna get here.

2. When you put the location of where the trouble call (kitchen, restroom, etc) it disappears and the journeyman has no clue where the issue is.

But for the most part it works, those are the only issues but they are big issues that need to be addressed.

Useless

Calling CAL/OSHA for air conditioning repairs works faster. The people on the other end of this LAUSD app are either nonexistent or useless and only respond weeks after someone else takes care of the repair issue.

Great Service Call App

I have always loved this app. From reporting vandalism, broken down AC units or water leaks, this has been time & money-saving app.

Great concept, but LAUSD doesn't respond.

I used this app to report that the lights have been out in my classroom more than 30 days. The app functions great and is easy to use. It is a great way to report problems in theory. However, LAUSD doesn't respond to it at all. Ultimately, it is either a PR stunt or another good idea lost because of poor budget management.

Don't work

What good is an app like this that won't allow the user to submit a service request? Keep trying guys

Easy to Use Anywhere

Makes it a snap to request maintenance repairs from anywhere just by taking a picture of the problem. Nice to see LAUSD maintenance keeping up with the times.

It Figures!

LAUSD app crashes repeatedly. Why did I even expect it to work???

CRASH!

On IPhone the APP keeps crashing, even after numerous re-installs. Someone fix it.

Buggy & glitchy

Nice idea but needs update to IOS 5 and a better UI. Very poor performance. How can LAUSD ensure that the service requests are done in a timely manner after the report is filed...this app?

LAUSD Electrical Inspector

Great Idea but buggy software. Constantly crashes on iOS 5. If operational it would be great to document and report safety hazards and damage to get addressed quicker.

Another Way...

Another way to alert M&O of problems would be to write a note and drop it in your plant manager's box... The PM is pretty good at taking care of this type of thing :-)
